I believe that all children, families, and schools have unique strengths and funds of knowledge that can be used to accomplish goals and overcome barriers.
By meeting children, families, and systems where they are and valuing their cultures and voices, I work in partnership with them to provide effective preventions and interventions.
As an advocate, motivator, leader, and collaborator, I use relationships, social responsibility, and goal setting to promote resiliency and positive whole-child development.
